Renting; renting a house you are much financially secure as there is a weekly bill that you can afford, and if something goes wrong in the house in most cases, the landlord pays. Meaning there won’t be any pop up bills.

Moving out of the family home; when living in this environment there will be no bills, in some cases. Therefore when owning a house it might be overwhelming knowing you have a big financial burden.
